New game option for City Economic DLC

Would you be interested in the following idea?
Adding a new option for City Economic DLC, on the CES DLC game setting tab:
Global Competitiveness Rating increase over time.
[None], [Low], [Moderate], [High]

Yes Yes and again YES!!!
in many games i beat the game in 10-15 years. So it will be fun to see an increase in the Competitiveness.

We have added the new options discussed on this thread to the CES DLC in the latest version 5.3.00.
