Hi, what do i need to fire a CEO of another company?
Played a game where i had 67,78% of the shares of the company of my friend and i couldn't find an option to get rid of him

I'm not sure its possible to directly fire a CEO but theres a workaround: Start a new subsidiary with the CEO you want to hire, and use this firm to acquire the majority of the shares of the target corporation (75%+). Merge with the company, and the CEO will be fired automatically
