Yes, I prefer real city names and I don't mind having a illogical mix of city names under my nation.

Would you like to see a new option on the City Economic Simulation DLC new game setting menu that allows you to use real city names for your nation?

The catch is that your nation's cities will use a mix of real city names from different countries, which may look weird.
