Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

New to this DLC, so sorry if this has been explained, but I want to set up a new subsidiary and sell some of my firms to the sub for them to run that segment of the business. Is this a good idea? Can it be done, I can't seem to find a way to do this?
