I setup a factor for manufacturing BBQ i also setup a mine for coal and minerals and another factory for the Carbon. I then setup a shop for the selling of the BBQ. The factories and the mines were under the COO control. However the shop was under my control and i wasn't getting any sales for the BBQ. As soon as i put it under the control of the COO it started to sell. So what did the COO do that i was suppose to do. Please see pics.
