I have a couple of questions
1) How does HQ placement work? It always seems to be quite random (See screenshot)
What I'd like to see is either it is selectable (preferred) or it is placed in the first city that you build something in (easier)
2) Does the AI ever use range or corporate branding? Ive only ever seen it use unique branding
