Wrong store owner in subsidiary store

I tried to setup a subsidiary and hired Mary T. Petal as its CEO to manage a series of products for me. She expanded multiple new furniture store on her own in the same city, and caused massive profit lost, combined with her high salary (more than 11 million), so I decided to fire her, and hired a generic no skill cheap CEO to replace her. However when I looked up the new furniture stores she setup, I found that its owner is still Mary, the "Independent Investor", not the new CEO. Those factories and original stores I setup myself and gave to the subsidiary have the correct owner, but not the newly expanded firms afterward.

This is save is with beta DLC 4.2.03, but I think it's the subsidiary DLC bug, not so sure whether the core game with sub DLC also has the same bug.

I've tested in the main release ver 3.5.01 with sub DLC, this bug happened again, so it's definitely a subsidiary DLC bug, not beta DLC causing the issue

And I can definitely say it has nothing to do with Mary T. Petal, and she being a girl.

Do you have a save game before replacing the CEO, so that I can test it by actually doing the CEO replacement myself? Thanks.
