Subsidiary DLC is good if you wanna play M and A but I suggest improvement below:
1) Ecommerce should be able to sell goods of other companies without internal sales
2) Internet companies should be able to be transfer from the parent to a subsidiary. This allows consolidation of a group of internet companies under one umbrella.

Nice, I agree that it's quite odd with the current e-commerce. I used to create warehouses to import competitors products just to be able to sell them online.

David has this been looked into for possible inclusion by any chance? I think its a major flaw not to be able to do this
