I am looking to setup software and internet companies as subsidiaries but I do not get an option to hire candidates as CEOs/CTOs that have software or internet expertise and don't have their own companies.
Is this by design? Not sure if it is intended.

Is it possible to implement an option to turn this on? IRL there are companies that have subsidiary software companies with CXO hirings, and theoretically it should be possible as well in the future for more companies.
May be an option in the script or Digital DLC Game options.
