I want to be able to play a digital age DLC without software, but with internet and telecoms only or only telecoms for example, or only software and telecoms but without internet.

In banking DLC, you can choose whether to allow Insurance and Banks and global stocks. I think this should also be implemented in the Digital Age DLC.
