Suggestion: More transparent Local AI quality increments

I would like to see an easier way to track how the Local AI will increase product quality.
At the moment, it simply responds to how the player/AI corporations are functioning, but I think it should always be increasing as a factor depending on the maximum product level and how far away they are from the maximum level
