Minor Bug: Script not working for Insurance

Banking DLC

Playing w/custom script to create a monopoly on Banking and Insurance.

Following script fully functional:

Number of AI Companies Focused on Banking=None
Tendency of AI to Set Up Banks=None

Results: working: AI does not create any bank

Following script provided on website *not* working BUT not generating an error:

Number of AI Companies Focused on Insurance=None
Tendency of AI to Set Up Insurance Companies=None

Results: not working: AI creates insurance companies; 5 attempts;
-each time OP created an insurance cie + multiple front offices
-each time: between 1 to 3 AIs created insurance companies
-each time: AI creating insurance companies were specialized in other fields (i.e. Home Appliances, Electronics)
