Bump post. AI not buying my Apartments, factories, retail, mansions. If i remember there maybe a setting i need to have on. Can anyone advise.

I started a vanilla game with no DLCs, built one apartment in each of the 4 cities and set all of them to For Sale. Then ran the game and saw one AI corporation offering to buy one of my apartments - please see the attached screenshot.
So the function of AI buying apartment is working.
There can be more than one reason why you see no AI buying apartments from you in your game. One reason can be this: If the AI is real estate focused, it will buy a large plot of the land and build a concentrated number of apartments there. As such it won't be interested in apartments elsewhere.
