Probleme with the Guide files

Good evening, sir.
Francophone evolution is progressing well. At this rate, we will be able to propose a complete "beta" translation around the 15th ^^
We have "discovered" a part in the manager's guide where there is no explanation.

We looked at the release version, and beta, as well as some "home-made" translations, there is no trace of "INPUT.txt". Moreover, in the versions where the images are translated, there is no file with a similar name...

The Input function actually should not be displayed. We will remove it in the next version 6.4.06.
