2. The company makes $11,656M and may get only $ 0,109 M (economic state - expansion) on IPO. It is funny.

And other variant: Loss of the company more than 60,000 M (economic state - depression) and the company can get $13,249 M on IPO. As a rule, this is not typical

1) The display issue of the global stock names will be fixed in the next update.

2) Please be informed that the amount displayed on the bar at the top of the screen refers to the amount of Public Investors' Money Available to Your Company, as you could see from the context sensitive help message, as follows:

Public Investors' Money Available to Your Company
Realistic Money Supply is enabled in this game. It is more difficult for player and AI companies to raise funds from IPO, issuing new shares and bonds as there is a limited supply of Public Investors' Money. The rate at which Public Investors' Money increases is based on the national GDP.
Loss of the company more than 60,000 M (economic state - depression) and the company can get $13,249 M on IPO. As a rule, this is not typical
It does NOT equal to the amount of fund that you can raise from the IPO of your company. If you don't believe me, you could just go to the IPO menu and observe the amount of capital you can raise, it will not be $13,249 M, as you wrote above, when your company is losing 60,000 M.

When your company is losing money, even though public investors have money, they won't invest into your company. They will invest into something else more promising. The amount displayed at the top of the screen indicates the maximum amount of money that the public investors have at their disposal that may be used for investing into your company. But it doesn't mean that they will always invest the full amount of the money into your company under any circumstances.
