Training after 100% product quality

Post by jondonnis »

Just had a thought. I had my farms training set to 100% so that all goods raised there, after being sold to my warehouse, would all eventually come out at 100 quality. The question is. Once you hit 100% quality, is there any more need for any training or can you set it back to 0? If you do, shouldn't this mean your quality should slowly drop?

In this case, there is no more need for additional training.

Hello,

It would be great to automate this with HR department ;) To avoid to pay training to pure ful skilled genius workers ;)

But if they work like real life HR departments they'll forget and be useless anyway :)

When the level of a unit is 9 (the max level), the unit will stop incurring more training expenses, regardless of the setting of the training budget bar.
