Employee loyalty has a range from 0 to 100. So when it is 100, it is still normal.

If it is not the case and you think there is a bug, could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

時間を進めると忠誠度が100でもヘッドハンティングされます。
セーブデータはzipで固めています。

私が返信して良いか迷いましたが、
元々Bにいた奴がヘッドハンティングされて、そのあとにAの奴がBの場所に来ているみたいです。
ユニットの中心は自動的に誰か来るんでしょうかね。

それと警告メッセージに名前が反映されてませんね。。。

It seems that the person name in translate.txt is not reflected.

You're right. It is not a bug. It is a game feature to keep the R&D team functioning without interruption.
