I am puzzled.
I publish a casual game that is continuously improved. I have a Tech Programming unit in a software company that currently is progressing "2D Graphics" from 145 to 157 tech.
I also have a R&D Center where my people are researching a Tech R&D project of "2D Graphics" currently going from 30 to 45 tech level.
How do these 2 projects dealing with "2D Graphics" interact? I understand my Tech Programming improves the software I produce and deliver? How and where does the Tech R&D under the same name come into play?
