Error: Softarray[] is deleted

9.0.11 Release All DLC except experimental enabled.
Description of problem:

Games crashes when browsing products on information menu, viewing e-commerce sales then switching product.

How to recreate crash:

1). Products-->Has retail sales-->Consumer Goods-->Cosmetics-->Communism Inc.-->All cities
2). Select Eyeshadow (or any product but I didn't test many) and in the window on the right select e-commerce.
3). Now switch to hair color(or any product), it should crash here.

Thank you for your time, I just bought the game and was having a blast until this bug, but I have figured out how to work around it for now! simply switch back to retail sales instead of ecommerce when switching products.
