Just Started a new game with all the dlcs. I've also searched this whole forum and still don't see a straight forward answer. Based on the dlc info page, it seems like you can go to VCs to raise capital, and they may invest. However, it doesn't specify how it actually works. I feel there should be a way to approach them or vice versa, maybe I am missing something? Additionally, going to IPO it says I can't because the public doesn't have the money yet. Which makes sense, but there are plenty of VC with capital. How can I sell to them?
Question: Could someone explain how this Venture Capitalist feature works?
