CMO not doing their work

I have hired Chief Marketing Operator (CMO) who is in charge of advertising my products.

I have let them to choose budgets and choose which media firm to use (in the management policies, both two options "enabled").

At first brand ratings of my products are 100, but when I hire CMO and adjust target brand rating to full, the CMO stops advertising my products for some reason. CMO just "cuts off" the connection between advertising and sales units. Hence the brand rating will drop to zero eventually even when I had chosen brand rating to be the greatest (100?).

What's wrong with it..?

Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) Which version of Capitalism Lab you are using. You can see the version number on the top-right of the main menu.
2) The exact steps for triggering the bug with the save game
3) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.

You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from the C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE

You may provide us with your save game file by posting it here on the forum as a ZIP file attachment or emailing the save game file to us at info@enlight.com.

I sent you an email (with those details) a couple of days ago, hopefully it came through.

I loaded your save game and let it run. The branding ratings of your watches are going up and it seems normal.

This is the screenshot after running it up to Sep 2005.

At the start of the save CMO policies aren't enabled. You have to first enable policies.

Then CMO cuts off the advertising unit.

This bug will be fixed in the upcoming patch v9.1.66.
