Exploit: Mansions = instanteous profit

This game I had started is 2.2.02 and continued in 2.2.03 http://www.qfpost.com/file/d?g=O3DXfSUpG
I use the 3x3 empty plot bordered by blue-owned land centralized in the view port.

With the game paused:
I start the test with $441,127,598.
I build a mansion for $600,000 + 15,308,641 land.
I demolish the mansion and sell the land for $1,680,8641.
I end the test with $442,027,598.

I repeat the steps and then have $442,927,598.

Which is a repeatable $900k profit in zero game time (and only about 6 seconds real time).
