In my private challenge game, blue corp developed his own area of the map. While mousing over that area in general, I notice that a different area of the map is highlighted or selected. Below, I highlight an apartment, and a highlight appears to the northwest
Below, I highlight a space just south of the previous apartment, and a mansion to the east is highlighted.
I don't know what it means, but it can't be good.
