Bug: Salary Modifier

I tried to run sample script for special rules, and opening some commented lines. I got following error:
Error: the following lines cannot be recognized by the script system.
line 20: COO Salary Modifier=70
line 23: CTO Salary Modifier=130

This new feature will be available in the upcoming patch v2.3.04.
