Training

Post by jondonnis »

Most of my farms I started my business with are now selling 100 rated products. So is it safe to cut all training on those farms as keeping it seems to no longer serve a purpose once up to 100. On some farms, not all the slows are at 9. But as the products are at 100, didn't think this would really matter?

As long as crop producing units or raising cattle units are 100, thats all that matters. This is what gives you 100 quality. They'll remain at 100 even if you cut the training.

Its like other units in other types of buildings (stores, factories), they dont downgrade.

Once all workers reach level 9, actual training expenses will be set to 0 . You can check your firm's income statement and see regardless of training setting, finished training firms don't have training expense at all. The exceptions are storage unit and advertisement unit, which never level up, and keep training cost (but usually at negligible amount).
