sources of finance

how about a section in relation to sources of finance. something along the lines of at the start of the game/ campaign. instead of student sbeing able to just get a loan out from the bank they being able to use other avenues to get money from.
one example a venture capitalist. Dont know how clued up you lot are on business but basically he would kind of be like a business advisor that the person would get in contact with to get some finance from. however he would want a % of revenue that the person makes and would also want to have some say into the running of the business (location, product choicesetc)
