Hello.
Issue in the corporate details window, options overview and firms.
The Translate.txt file is:

The text is embedded on image files and therefore the traditional way does not work. To translate the text, here is the solution:
Please download the attached IF.RAR file and follow the below instructions:
Steps for translating text on image files:
1) Translate the text in the TGA files
2) Convert the translated TGA files into GIF files using a third party image editing tool.
3) Run Convert_All.BAT to convert all GIF files into the game's proprietary image file format.
4) Copy all the files generated by Convert_All.BAT, including *.ICN and *.COL to the game's IF folder (<Capitalism Lab folder>/IF).

The required format is the old GIF 87a format. Perhaps you can try to find a converter for that.
If it cannot be found, we will work to provide you with an alternative solution but it will take some time.

Solved.
You had to flatten the image in Gimp before exporting.
