Firm relocation error

I was trying to relocate one of my farm with wheat outside of the downtown area to that yellow highlighted area, and this error occured. It may has something to do with I built those farms before I plan out the city layout, and I painted the mixed residential and commercial zone over those farms afterward to define the city's border.

This bug will be fixed in the patch v4.2.04.

I am very certain this bug happened because existing zone covering the building doesn't match its type. If I dezone the area beneath the factory, it can be moved without triggering this error.
