Questions and Suggestions about different civic buildings

I was watching a let's play of city skyline, while let the game running on my laptop (just go back to tune the civic building budget with an in game timer using 6 months short R&D time alert). And this got me thinking, although civic buildings in CES DLC have different names like police stations, fire stations, etc. aside from higher education facilities, they are more or less "generic" civic buildings that doesn't appear to be "differentiated" with each other. They might as well be called "civic building type 1", "civic building type 2", all collectively be called "civic building complex" and it won't affect the gameplay at all., perhaps even make it better with less "click fest", their names don't make the immersing experience better like in city skyline game.

Although I am not sure, but I don't suppose the poor fire department supply/demand index, or police station coverage actually increase the events like fire broke out, or looting store chance higher in a city in CES DLC? Or are they?

And the coverage (location convenience index) for different sports facilities don't make much sense either, I don't think every population in the city would like to go to golf court, or soccer field, or tiny tennis fields. Maybe some different demand by different housings or land price would be better? And their range is ridiculously small. Like a stadium with such short coverage range and such high maintenance price, and service the same amount of population? I never seem a real world city need to have 5 or 6 stadium with just 1 million population 5 millions would need around 25 to 30, that's insame). Right now they are also interchangeable, and just increase the micromanagement task load without much purpose.

What do you guys think of the civic buildings' function? Should we like make hospital service area affecting the city health, and some kind of higher death rate, dropping the city population other than emigration? Or difference between libraries and museums, where they actually serve other functions? Or change them to some other type of civic buildings, like garbage collection (for dropping ground pollution level?), water/electricity service? And make them associated with other negative or positive events? (like weather stations, or environmental monitoring services, associated them with locus or nature disaster events? that would be very different from other city building game)

1. I think when choose the building like hopital , police building , fire station.is possible it show area before build? Ex.If small hospital it must show small area

2. I very agree with you police station if government not cover.it should random event broke out , loot some goods.

3.yes i agree is it should be small like a small stadium football = people not rich too much yet

4. About city healty . I suggest do the graph of old adult,teens,new birth. Make this ratio.who is government must do something ex.when country going to old adult so job opening is go up in the otherhand teens too much job opening is go down because worker age too much

The city needs a casino as a stable source of income. It drives up the crime rate but that can be solved with building several new police stations.

Current civic building mechanics are interesting, but more civic building types, and differentiate them even more and interactive with in-game environment would be much appreciated.
