Another idea..
Exclusive Pak
You sign a deal to sell something for x amount of years for x amount of price
You sign a deal to farm something for x amount of years for x amount of price
You sign a deal to produce something for x amount of years for x amount of price
All a one to one relationship without another company. You have to choose if its going to be profitable or not. Quality standards, Advertising, etc could be factors
