Subsidiary should trade stocks on their own if we let it do

I've notice that http://www.capitalismlab.com/new-conten ... companies/
Another change is that now your subsidiary companies will not trade stocks on their own
But if the CEO's settings "invest stock and merge with other company" enabled, than subsidiary should be able to do it. If I don't want it I can disable it, now this option is meaningless

In the latest version, your subsidiary companies will trade stocks on their own if the option "Invest into other companies and merge with them" on the Management Policies page is enabled.

I have revised the web page and removed the text "Another change is that now your subsidiary companies will not trade stocks on their own..."

At least in 5.007, your subsidiary companies will not trade stocks on their own

We will look into it and fix it in the next patch v5.0.08.
