Subsidiary Manager bug

I was testing some things when I came across this bug. If I hand over management of my subsidiary firm to myself and I lose control of the subsidiary it still has my character as the manager. It seems that the AI won't do anything with the firm so I could exploit this to buy products from me at an inflated price, while the subsidiary is going losing money and issueing shares to get more cash.
I created two subsidiaries and after a while lost control on purpose to test this:
When I hover over their firms which I replaced the manager with myself I get the following:
Both of my old subsidiaries now are still alive in the game and after years it still has me as the firm manager.
