Can not start Scenarios

I am trying to start the next scenario and am unable to load any scenarios as the button does not work. I am connected to the internet and there are no issues with the firewall as all other application are fine and the firewall currently detects no threat from this software. I have emailed them help section but, am i assume, due to time differences i do not seem to receive a response until it is well into the early hours of the morning, and the response was not helpful. Is anyone else finding this problem? (it only started recently)
