I have some question for subsidiary company in city economic doc.

Hello. I usually play subsidiary, city economic, digital age together. My question is
1. When I establish retail and real estatment subsidiary, they did not do anything. I put enough money. They did not build store and buildings.
2. How to make good utilization for employee in store and factory??
