Talent array [] deleted

Hi! I get the errot message "Talent array [] deleted"... when I create a new city. Any solutions or ideas? Someone else who has this error? Installed mod: Realworld 11.26.
Please use RealWorld mod 11.23 instead, as 11.26 is intended to work with Digital Age DLC enabled.
