Capitalism Lab Release version 5.4.37 Patch

Capitalism Lab Release version 5.4.37 patch is now available for download at:

This patch must be applied on top of version 5.1.21 or later. If you haven't installed it, please download the full version installer from http://www.enlight.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4877
Then extract the ZIP file to your Capitalism Lab program folder. You can open your Capitalism Lab program folder by right-clicking on the Capitalism Lab game icon and select “Properties”, then select “Open File Location” to open the folder.
(The saved game files from versions older than 5.4.05 are not compatible.)

If this is set to Simplified, all talents start with a skill level of 50. If this is set to Greatly Simplified, loyalty and headhunting features of the talent system are disabled too.
More Talents = <0-200>
If you are using a MOD with a large number of product classes and there is a undersupply of talents in the game, then you may use this option to have the game duplicate talent data to increase the supply. For example, if you set it to 50, then the game will generate 50% more talents in a new game.

Fixed the bug where a R&D Center doing Product R&D with the COO/CTO having no control over R&D Projects, the AI adjusts the amount of time the research is being done for the next R&D project. After the fix, the AI will not no longer change the research duration, unless you enable the AI change R&D project option in the Management Policies menu.

New Feature: Analysis Mode
The Analysis Mode serves as an alternative to the standard 3x3 layout mode for factories. This feature was implemented in response to users who requested a more streamlined way to manage factories.
You could easily switch between the two modes by clicking on the button as shown in the following screenshot. You may switch back to the standard 3x3 layout mode anytime you wish, so you could have the best of both worlds.
