Hi - I couldn't find an answer to this elsewhere:
I'm setting up software companies and selling software via e-commerce only. How do I increase brand recognition of these products? I noticed that software companies have 'advertise' units. I set several up withing the software company and connected them to both 'manage' and 'program' units; I tried linking to local media companies as well as internet companies but those units don't seem to have any effect - my brand rating for the software stays at 0. Just noting that the e-commerce store is selling the software and has its own marketing spend (but I am sure that's to increase e-store popularity and has no impact on the products' brands). What's the solution for increasing brand of items sold via e-commerce?
