Hiring a Manager (CEO/COO/CFO)

Having purchasing the game Capitalism II through Steam, I'd like to know how I can Hire a manager to take over the department stores? I've been on the "PERSON REPORT" to look for someone, but I have no hiring button!
Can anyone help me?

First off you need to build a HQ if you haven't already. After that, double click in the white boxes in the HQ and set up a COO. Next click on Hire new taking you to the person report page. After selecting your New COO, go to the department store in question. On the main Store screen in the upper right corner you should see the option to set manager (your COO will now be there, you can select to have him manage "only this firm", "all retail firms" or "manage all firms")
