Hello,
If I set up a factory with multiple sales unit to sell through e-commerce only, only one sales unit is being utilized. Other sales units have utilization of zero. Is it suppose to be like that?

Re: E-commerce uses only one sales unit
This is normal. When one sale unit has the capacity to handle all the sale activities, the other units will be idle.

Re: E-commerce uses only one sales unit
We will investigate the problem.
Could you please provide us with your save game file and let us know the following?
1) Which version of Capitalism Lab you are using. You can see the version number on the top-right of the main menu.
2) If your savegame uses a MOD, please let us know the name of the MOD and the MOD's version number.
You can find save game files of Capitalism Lab from the C:\Users\<your user name>\Documents\My Games\Capitalism Lab\SAVE
You may provide us with your save game file by posting it here on the forum as a ZIP file attachment or emailing the save game file to us at info@enlight.com.

1. Version 5.6.08 Beta is what I'm playing on currently, but I've noticed this problem since the Digital Age DLC was launched as a trial.
2. No mods.

Re: E-commerce uses only one sales unit
I loaded your save game but it is different from the screenshot you posted.
The warehouse is selling smartphones and the reason for the low utilization of the 2nd sale unit is due to the lack of stock in the Storage unit. In other words, there is not enough supply of smartphones for the 2nd sale unit to handle, and the 1st sale unit can handle all the sale activities already.

Re: E-commerce uses only one sales unit
Well the game I took the screen shot from has too many things going on, so I just made another game.
Did you see how the supply is really low and even when the first output unit is emptied, no unit is moving off the second output unit?
I will attach another game that I have added two more inputs and fast forwarded several years. You will see that not a single unit has left out of second output unit.
Another thing you can try is, cut the link between the storage unit and the first output unit. You will see that even when the first output unit is emptied, the second output unit won't budge.

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere on the forums, but I just wondered if this patch will break my save?
