Real Estate DLC: New attributes for apartments

Having seen the hotel concept at http://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewto ... =49&t=7100, I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for adding new attributes to apartments and commercial buildings?

For instance, potential new attributes for apartments could be:
-Luxury level
-Club facilities

Additional data to show:
-Building cost per apartment unit. A higher building cost means a higher luxury level for the building.

They could be implemented in a way similar to the Hotel concept.

• Amenities:
o Investment into Amenities:
- Generate a Home Owners Association (HOA) Fee or Higher Rental Rate per Square Foot
- Increase Rental Attractiveness to Particular Market: Rich, Middle Class, Lower Class
o Basic/General:
- Gym/Locker Room
- Pool
- Community Room
o Luxury:
- Concierge/Doorman
- Security Guard
- Spa

• Ground Floor Businesses:
o Investment into Businesses: Generate additional Income for Property either as Business or Rented Space
o Restaurant or Bar
o Retail
o Hotel Only:
- Casino
- Convention/Event Center
- etc.

• Property Configuration:
o Residential:
- 1 Bedroom
- 2 Bedroom
- 3 Bedroom
o Commercial:
- Small Business Suite
- Medium Business Suite
