Take over by subsidiary of AI pvt co

Subsidiary take over another AI co at there own will but there is o control of it by parent co.Even though there are multiple oppournity in market where many co are available for take over but they cant be taken over as Subsidiary co are not able to do so.many times parent co have less capital compared to subsidiary co so to take over another private AI they have to issue bonds which is subject to its capital limit or take borrowing which is also limited.So i suggest subsidiary co should be allowed to take AI Pvt ltd co takeover from their own capital which are available for sale
