*10X Engineer: Top 1% of R&D Employees that Produce and Cost 5-10 Times more than average (Total Pay: $500,000-$1,000,000+ Year, Salary $100,000-$200,000, Remainder in Equity)

*2X+ Engineer: Top 20% of R&D Employees that Produce and Cost 2-3 Times more than average (Total Pay: $200,000-$300,000+ Year, $100,000 Salary, Remainder Equity)

*Median/Average R&D Employees: Total Pay $75,000-$100,000+/year (~20% Equity)
