Why are websites limited to current population in nation?
We all know that websites are used by everyone around the world with an internet connection, so why is it that the internet websites in the game are limited to just the nation?

I think there are 2 reasons:
1) The game does not simulate the international cities. There are no economic data from them for simulating their usage for the web sites and advertising spendings.
2) The game will become imbalanced as web sites' profits will be many times, if not tens or even hundred times larger than all other types of businesses in the game.
