Problem with the translate.txt

When I click on Experimental DLC

For me it's not translated and I haven't found these phrases in the archives.

I can add it to the "trans_" file.

But since the others are in t_help, I think this one should also be there. Maybe they just forgot to add it to the file.

"Import Company" is translate by "Entreprise d'importation" and I would like write all the word, that I can't do right now.

Also, if it's possible, it could be great for the French add ALLthe sentences where we see a " : " and a " ?"

This is because these are sentences that need a space before the punctuation mark. (exemple with "appartement")

In fact, I had not updated the files between the "beta 7.0" and the "release 7.0.4".

This could explain the presence of the sentence from July 20th in the game while it was not yet on github.

The phrases marked in red in the image I added to the "trans_" file however they are not working. I'm using beta version 7.1.02

In the second image, the same thing is happening. Only the top part is getting translated, the bottom part doesn't work the translation, even though I put it to the "trans_" file.
