"Thanks for posts" function

I have installed "Thanks for posts" plugin on this forum. It adds the ability to thank the author, and has a ranking system based on the number of thanks. The ranking list is displayed at the bottom of the forum home page.

To thank the author of a post, simply click on the "thumb up" icon as shown in the below example.

How do you know that?
