AI produces software but no one buys it

I found that if you disable the computer product, no one will buy software. That makes sense. But the AI still insists in producing software that no one will buy!. I think that the demand for software should still exists even if you disable the computer product because people could still buy computers from local competitors. Alternatively make the AI to not produce products that no one will buy.

Also I would like to suggest:
1. A way to disable software at the start of the game
2. A way to disable some of the internet services

The thing is that I am trying to play just with apparel with maybe some internet features like ecommerce but I simply can't.
