also, when my corps repaying the loans/taking the loans from my bank the bank available cash doesnt change

Please be informed that other banks are competing with your bank for customers' deposits and it is not a given that deposits in your bank will always grow. To attract more customers to deposit money in your bank, you could increase your deposit interest rate.the cash asstets should be converting to to a loans with that slider setup but instead it stays around 18% no matter what
