Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

Im trying to set up a social networking company… but it says I dont have enough technology and that I should setup an R&D… I do that and reach the level but it keeps saying I dont have enough tech. Do I need to “transfer” the technology from the RD to the Internet company? If so, how do i do that?
