Export Company

I would like to inform you that the dev team has started working on the new feature Export Company.

You will be able to export raw materials and semi-finished products, which will provide a new source of income for factories producing non-consumable goods. This has long been a topic of strong interest from the community, and we hope the export company feature will make it feasible.

Here is a preliminary screenshot of the Export Firm, letting the user to make an Export deal from various potential products. We will announce more details as it takes shape.

With the latest version, I am unable to import raw materials via an import company.

I just tested it and I was able to import products from an import company. Please let me know what issue you encountered.

My version is 8.2.11 running with Mod RealWorld 11.50, unable to import raw materials.

I am aware that raw materials actually have never been included in the list of import items.

Personally I think allowing import companies to import raw materials will negatively affect the gameplay balance by eliminating the need to build mines.

If you think otherwise, you may set up a poll and see how the community think about this.

Update: the dev team is aiming at releasing the Export Company feature for the Experimental DLC in the next major version.
