I got suggestion about the stock market.
Based on my understanding, movement of share price is depending on player / AI trading. But, when i holding 100% of the company, the price will still go up / down which non-sense.
My suggestion as below,
*Only for listed company
1.) Force-privatize when someone (either company or player) holding >75% of share holding of company.
- it can be loan / using cash to full privatize the company
- if not enough cash / loan limit, can privatize the company with existing shareholder.
2.) Condition : Public (Not player or AI company) must holding the share at least 10% to make sure the price movement is make sense due to trading between public.
- This is to make sure the share holding quota is fair on stock market (10% public / 90% from (Owner of company / AI / Player / Player Company))
Please consider about my suggestion and hope other player can give more suggestions on this.
